Many people in Denmark have complained over the new JAVA-version 40, no. 5. Although correcly installed on the computer, it doesn't function. Causing, you can not get into your netbank (homebanking), you cannot look through your private papers at the taxation authorities an so on, all because of the badfunctioned JAVA version e.g the new one. Do you have an answer?

Sorry, we are not Java support. This is akaQA a general question and answer forum. I checked to see if there was a way to contact Java. This is the message I found on their support page:
"Given the large number of feedback we receive, we are not able to respond to individual submissions.
Here is a list of commonly reported issues. Please select the issue that you are facing from the list below"
