        My Mum always said if I ate the crusts on my sandwich I would have curly hair, it worked, all over!

        Never heard that "tale" but actually I used to leave them on my plate. Had to be the parsley!

        I also eat a lot of carrots, can't see a thing at night without my glasses...go figure!

        Maybe they were all wrong? On the other hand, I hated carrots when I was a kid and had to get glasses at age 8. Hmmmm....
