With what cloth? Is it a particular type of cloth or will any cloth do? Can you provide any information as to where you read that it is possible to do this with a chemical? Did you get it from your science book or is it something your science teacher told you that you can ask him/her about? I've tried to look for this on the internet but can not fins anything that states you can change the color of cloth by using some chemical then adding rain.
