can i be convicted of possession for sales and conspiracy

i was recently raided theyre probable cause is a tapped phone conversation between myself and a suspected dealer whose phone was tapped. the results of the search zero,nada,zip, not even a baggie was found but yet im charged with poss for sales and conspiricy
