depends on his color and other variables. Is he an orange tabby ? They tend to run big.......mostly the males. My orange tabby, Tigger is 16 lbs. I confess he's overweight, too, tho' . Your kittens tail is very long for 8 months.

Buff is the best way to describe him with tan stripes. He is long and slinky with very large ears. If he grows into his ears, I’m in trouble….
Tigger had big ears too, when he was skinny adn young. We began to think that he was an abbasinian (sp) ?
