If you had noticed on the last download, there was an option to download McAfee.

Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus - optional (0.9 MB) You need to uncheck the box next to Yes.
If you did not uncheck the box, then McAfee was installed. This is probably what caused your IE toolbar to disappear and now you have a different toolbar. Go to your programs and find McAfee Security Scan Plus and uninstall it. Then uninstall any version of Adobe Flash player you see. You will need to reinstall adobe flash player by clicking this link http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ . This time remember to uncheck the option to download McAfee also.
