First of all, you have posted your question to a general question and answer forum called "akaQA", www.akaqa.com.
Go to your start menu by clicking on your start icon on the lower left of your screen.
1) choose Control Panel
2) choose Programs
3) find Safari
4) place your cursor (arrow) over Safari and right click
5) choose Uninstall from the menu
6) watch it uninstall, answer any questions that it asks you along the way to complete the process.
