    3. My husband & I hav the same e.mail address but different passwords. When I want to order a book for my Kindle although the e.mail says Sheila's Kindle the Account says Hi Alexander and the order goes to Alexander's Kindle and not to mine. Can you tell me how to get the books I order onto my Kindle please. It used to work when we were with Bt but we're now with Sky.

      You need to contact whoever you have your accounts with. I'm assuming it's Amazon.com? If not, you need to log in to either account and find the help or support tab on the webpage you order your books from.
