I suppose it would be possible , but you'd have to be with a person who's really tuned into that, and who knows how to do it . I can slow down and speed up my pulse at will. Even when I was a kid, I used to do that to entertain myself when I was in bed at night......b/c  sometimes I was wakeful and couldn't get to sleep

Syncing heart beats is easy. one hand on their chest ,on the heart and the other person should do the same to you. Remain still and your hearts will sync. I  think this may be used if a persons heart  is in fibrillation. Without a synchronization hint the person may die. If someone would try that, it may be found to work and report it please. Their left hand to your heart. Your left hand to their heart.
