    is there a bracket that holds the power steering pump on the 2001 eclipse 3.0

      I can not find the instructions for this vehicle. Perhaps one of these videos can help you > Videos. As for the bracket, yes there is a bracket. The pump may be under a housing on your vehicle. Remove the housing and you should see the bracket.
