The prostate surgery may be affecting your bladder control, can't see a reason for more urinating than usual unless your fluid intake has increased, best to ask your doctor about this.

Urine is a metabolic waste from the digestion and utilization of proteins, combined with other metabolic cellular wastes.  It is filtered in the kidney, transferred to the bladder and stored until eliminated by urinating it from the body.  Since the prostate gland sits on this system, it often becomes problematic when it enlarges to urinate.
