        1 part grape juice (I use grapefruit), 2 parts water, 2 cups sugar, 1 pack yeast (dissolved in warm water with 2 tbsp sugar first), 1 sliced potato.  Stir till sugar is dissolved. Cap with a slow leak. Wait at least a week……….. will knock your socks off………..
