Can't find any wireless devices on my laptop

I recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my Toshiba Laptop. The problem is that Windows cannot locate any wireless devices.  Apart from my BT hub, there are several other BT Hotspots in the area. The computer is connected to my hub by cable, but still Windows is unable to locate it. My partner's computer, also running Windows 7, works fine on wireless.  My Linux Mint desktop works fine as well and that is connected to the same hub by cable.

The upgrade may have done something to the wireless card. You will have to contact Microsoft support for help since it's a Microsoft operating system that appears to have caused the problem.
