If you live in Ohio, have tooth problems and are unemployed where do you get help?

A friend of mine has no money and has a tooth infection,where can he get help in Ohio...

He can apply for medical and food assistance (he can not take one or the other, he has to take both). The medical will cover dental http://jfs.ohio.gov/ocomm/applyforbenefits.stm

He needs antibiotics for a temp fix. In the meanwhile, have him apply oil of clove to kill the pain!

Well, I live in California and am unemployed. When I have a problem with my teeth, I go to a dentist, and make arrangements to pay for the services.
If I were in more dire financial straits, I would go to the county social services/welfare department and sign up for whatever medical and social assistance were available to me.
