      Good luck. You can try contacting magic jack for support but I have seen it posted many times that they are impossible to get in touch with. >> http://www.magicjack.com/plus-v05/customercare.html

        When my g.friend and her husband bought one a few years ago, they couldn't get it to work either. Maybe it's a big rip-off.
