    Was falsely arrested for a DUI in California.

    Was refused passage into Canada -- and hope to travel internationally soon.  How can I make sure my record is clear?

      A DUI in California prohibited you from entering Canada?  I find that hard to believe. 
      Have you been CHARGED?  


      Talk to an attorney about your legal issues. Get a printout of your citations from DMV. Go to your country courthouse and look up yourself; you'll find anything and everything that is hanging over you legally.
