 Right now, there is NOBODY causing MY heart to skip a beat.  One of the guys I bowled with this summer (a little bit) and a guy from akaQA (also a little bit) would be the only two who get any reaction from me.

My wife makes my heart skip a beat, as does strenuous exercise!  She is much more fun however!
