i think plate # was 032 ?IC ON A LATE MODEL BLACK NISSAN but DMV queries show no matches
I do not know of anyway that the average citizen can check a license plate number. The police check them through the DMV. If you think the owner of the car was doing something illegal, report them to the police.
need to contact black nissan owner for complimentary reasons not police or illegal reasons
This is a worldwide general question and answer forum. We are not researchers for tracking license plate numbers. I am not even sure if it's legal. It could be a matter of privacy as afforded under the US Constitution. You are acting like a stalker.
