I am trying to do as you have asked us to do and set up a volusion e-mail address, i am following the instructions provided but every time i go into manage e-mail and click on add i get an error message that says ERROR: theres is a technical error please try again. What am i suppose to do when that happens i have been told i only have like 8 days left to get this e-mail set up or you will consider the ticket fulfilled and we will be without an ssl certificate and the 114 dollars we paid for one
