      Start button > control panel > appearance and themes > screen resolution.

        lynnrj is asking about resizing not resolution. So go to file tab, page set up. That will help. Or if your browser is google chrome, on the top right of screen are 3 green bars. Click that and adjust fonts to 100% or whatever you want.
