    Why is Outlook so bad?

    It drops off and just give very poor performance. Why can we not get hotmail back? At least it worked most of the time. Of course Verizion could be part of the problem. I am looking for a possible replacement now.

      Because it's Outlook, a Microsoft service. It's designed to be bad. You can not have Hotmail back. Those days are over. You could pay for an e-mail provider, then you will get better service.
