    convert partial oz to dry measurement

    I have a measurement of .705 which is 5 x's .141 which I got trying to figure measurement for meds for poultry. says it makes 140 gallons with 1/4 to 1/2 package. others here but I have a five gallon bucket to feed about 150 chickens and I only need to make for that. package is 9.87 oz and I want to know how to mix for just 5 gallons. I want to make the stronger dose of 1/2 package for the 140 gallons
