      I think that she should probably go to 


      A makeup store where artists test makeup on your skin to match with your


      Complexion e.t.c 


      If not, maybe just try out some products and see what happens.


      My cousin is a redhead, but she has dark brown eyebrows, she does wear makeup  and it looks

          I've always favored blue eyeshadow on a redhead. Make-up should be overstated in cases like this...........
