The relay is either located in the large fuse box under the hood, when u locate this fuse box open it and under the cover it will have a picture of where the relay is in the box, or its located on the fire wall under the hood on a rack with a couple of other relays. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t16160841-location_fuel_pump_relay_1999_chev_1500
