Do not click on the scam if you can tell it's a scam before opening it. Just delete it. If it is coming to your e-mail, mark it as spam and you will not see it anymore. Some e-mail programs have a link you can send scam reports to. I don't think it does much good though. Scams will happen. Just be smart enough to avoid them by not clicking on any links included in the scam mailing and mark the e-mail as spam.
