    company wants $1650.00 and arcan scrub cost product cost 500.00 so1100.00 in labor??

      Labor is expensive. It will always outweigh the cost of the parts. This is why many people become do it yourselfers. Demographics have a hand in costs too. See if there are other companies in your area that do the same thing and get quotes from them for the job. Just make sure whoever you hire has a good reputation.
