Help ... just changed the magneto on a 2004 yamaha blaster been sittin 4 winter and now sounds like top end rattle like not getting enough gas oil mix plz help

there was no spark thats why i changed the stator ! now there is spark and it runs but sounds not right. like dry running but oil is full

I do not know about this engine that's why I directed you to a forum about the Blaster where others know about it. Did you mean starter? That has nothing to do with the spark. Clean the fuel filter, clean out the fuel bowl and put in all fresh fuel.
