If you have a problem downloading and installing the Flash Player you have to uninstall any existing one first.
Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features. Click on the flash player and then click on Uninstall. Wait for it to finish then re-boot your PC.
Now go to adobe.com and download it. In IE just install it but if you are in Firefox download it to where you can find it, then double click on it to install it.
It will work.
