No, that's what crossing over means to me. When a person dies, his/her soul exits the body and crosses over to heaven. Dying would have to originate the crossing over.

Apparently from religions. Didn;'t that guy on TV named John Edwards start that term ? He had a show on in the early 2000s, by that name , that was very popular where he communicated with the dead loved ones of audience members. I think the name of his book was Crossing Over.
