      Living a long, long, long time with lots of experiences over multiple lifetimes in different physical forms for more time than man knows how to count seems to help a little.

        read a lot of newspaper and magazine articles- - - -like Time, Newsweek , and Nat Geographic.


        Watch documentaries on TV.  At least, you'll sound smart when you converse with people.
