    enternet is not working,i have no idea why.

      In the back of your owner's manual is the phone number for customer support. Call them.  


      Or if you know what operating system you use, let me know and I'll get the support number for you.

        1) If you posted this from that computer, then your internet worked. 2) If not, how did you try to connect, e.g., Internet Explorer...? What other problems do you have? Don't be discouraged. We have a lot of tech savvy people here. 3) Is there customer support?  4) Have you contacted the place where it was bought?
