im on the internet to accualy answear this :p and Steam say after i try open the client, Steam.exe (main exception): To run steam, you must first connect to the Internet
I do not know about Steam as I do not use it. This is why I directed you to their support center. Only they can help you with their program.

i fixed this problem now ^^ NICE steam is back and running ^^
