      We are NOT Facebook support and there is no way to contact Facebook other than through their help center that I gave you the link for. Sorry, but there is no more help that anyone here can give you. If you got blocked by Facebook then you will have to wait until they unblock you. The time limit is at their discretion and they never tell people how long they are blocked for.
