GO to your email provider and try to log in. There is a line that says "Forgot your password?" and you should put your cursor on that line and left click when the arrow turns into a hand.
Follow the directions. Hopefully, you have a "secret question" and can somehow get things straightened out quickly. I have two email accounts, partly for problems like this...sometimes you have to change the password because some (^*^$&&^ has hacked into your account.
