    what can i do when employer is not falling the labour laws

    When your boss is not following labor laws, you can anonymously report the company to the Labor Commission of your state and let an investigation begin.  I'd be hesitant to say anything to anyone; if you are with an "at-will" employer, you can be let go for no reason at all.
