Did you break a rule according to the terms of service and get your account suspended? Check your e-mail for a notice from MSP. Check your spam folder too. If that is not the case, then perhaps the site was down for maintenance. Try logging in again > http://www.moviestarplanet.com/

what if o breaked the rules? how do i get back?
You usually get a suspension for however many days is appropriate for the offense. You get your account back when the suspension is over. Did you check your e-mail for a notice from MSP?
