    online banking is not functioning screen is flashing

    Urgently need to pay bills online today but easy web is not working;  Screen flashes at log-in and "solution" given by your folks worked once, then never again.  Evidently this is a "known problem" with Chrome but Chrome is in wide use and result is that I cannot get into my accounts. 


    Please provide alternative or direction asap.  T'hanks for your help.  


    PS  An actual phone number, given the timing, would have been much appreciated.

      This is akaQA, a general question and answer forum. akaQA is not linked to your bank so we can not help you. What is the name of your bank? I can look up the phone number for their on line support if you want.
