It may have debris in the fuel line, or a fuel intake jet of carb. I would take the line off and blow it with your mouth, must hold the fuel in tank with finger while doing this. Another trick is to remove the screw on very bottom of carb. and take a tiny wire, florist wire works well, and stick it straight up into the carb. is there is a clog, it will dislodge it. This trick has saved many a high cost rebuild of carb. and enabled owners to repair themselves.
