    where can I go to get the a new screen on my pc and what will it  cost.

    You are speaking about a monitor of you have a PC. Just buy a new monitor. They are cheap enough now especially if you look in your newspaper for a used on. You can pick up monitors for like $20 used now.

        Go through your laptop manufacturer to order a new screen. (usually not cheap)
