vinyl deck failures after 6 years.
We had a vinyl deck installed on our floathome in Victoria BC in 2006 and we have some serious colour changes which appear to be a failure of some sort. I could send a picture if needed. It is of a tan colour and the spots are now devoid of the original colour and are a darker tan colour. If this is an inferior product or if it is not the correct material over a living space then we'd like to know. The contractor that installed the product is long gone so no recourse there.
