    5. i stay in a complex and was behind with my levies,i made arragements to pay a certain amount a month which was accepted by the body corporate. To my suprise i received an email saying i should pay off my levies or they will cut off.

    What is levies? This is a world wide forum. I live in the USA and have never heard the term levies.

      Your question is difficult to understand but the moral of the story is "Always pay everything you owe, pay it on time, and you'll never have to go through this confusion and stress again....ever.
