    why is my SAMSUNG cell phone T245G shutting down randomly, going to voicemail?

    Battery is fully charged but my cell phone just seems to randomly shut down, unable to receive calls and just goes to voicemail. My wife insists I get another model cell phone. Any hunches what is going on?
