    My product key was installed when I purchased my computer, I am Now living in Saint Lucia, and I need the key to activate my computer, how can I retrieve my product key

    I ordered my computer for delivery in the USA, but I am using it in Saint Lucia, the product was installed with my purchase, Microsoft want to activate my computer, but I need the product key, how can I retrieve the pre installed product key, it seem that it was installed for use in the USA, but I need activation in Saint Lucia, my e -mail address is agajadhar@candw.lc

        You waited 2 minutes. We're humans, not computers.

        You failed to mention what computer (brand is helpful) or even where you bought it. Most computers have a tag with the product key somewhere on it. If you actually spoke to Microsoft, they would have told you this.
