We recently bought a new computer and consequently updated our old PMB program to the Play Memories Home program. My photos from my Sony digital camera came over fine, but my husband has not been able to bring over his movies recorded on his Sony DCR-SR46 handycam. What step have we missed? Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Karen Slater

I do not know the PMB program. Is this it > http://esupport.sony.com/perl/swu-download.pl?upd_id=4613? If it is, click the support button on the page and see if you can get help from the developers of the program.
