      How long ago is "just" and in what legal jurisdiction was it purchased? Read the contract carefully, especially the fine print. Are there extenuating circumstances that make you want to cancel? Are there any consumer safety laws where the warranty was bought?

        Here we have 3 days to cancel a contract for most things.
