I just went through this an hour ago. I just picked up a samsung S4, I wanted to swap out sim cards, it wouldn't work because the cards were different. if you take it to your providers store, they have a device that they can extract the contacts from your old phone and load them to your new one. Try swapping the simcards first as Colleen suggests. if they are different sizes then ou must either key them all in manually or take to you providers store and let them do it.

Thank you very much we will take it to the provider and get them to sort it quite frustrating as we got a manual in Korean and we don,t understand a word of it cheers molley
