        It sounds like your Flash could have crashed. Try rebooting your computer, then accessing your e-mail again. If the screen is still black, go here and download Flash again    >> http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

          Try to repair you computer something is  not right and the light of your screen is gone.
