    HIPAA and medical documentation relationship.

    I need to know what the relationship is between HIPAA Privacy Rule and medical documentation is????

      Hipaa simply means that no one is supposed to look at  your medical documents except authorized persons. You can look at your documents, too, b/c of the Freedom of Information Act. But, they might charge you a fee.
