Two ways that I can think of; 1. do not clean the windows (so they see that there is a window and also will not see their reflection. 2. Open the windows they can fly in and out without damaging your windows... Seriously, try an Owl model, we have used it when there was a woodpecker problem at spring mating season, they were looking and thinking it was a competitor male in their territory. With the owl representing a predator, they flew the coup, problem solved.
