      The application Instagram is available and developed for the Android platform. In other words, it is designed for androids, not PCs.  It can not be installed on Windows Operating Systems. (Microsoft support)

        To view instagram on your pc, you must go on your browser and search up https://www.instagram.com . There will be a home page were you can sing in or sign up.
